We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the packing slip or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will strictly not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
